Overview:

We are a busy National commercial door and glass company. We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, possess exceptional communication skills, and excel in providing top-notch customer service. Experience in dispatching trades and asset.

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and French
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • Dispatching subcontractors and technicians
  • Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with subcontractors and update customers
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French is a must
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

  • Dispatching and construction experience an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
