The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers. As a true brand ambassador, you will deliver professional, efficient, and thorough service while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Working Conditions

  • Work mode: Hybrid
  • Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner;
  • Advise customers on products and promotions by providing clear, personalized solutions based on their needs;
  • Make necessary order modifications in internal systems according to requests and established procedures;
  • Document customer requests and ensure proper follow-up while keeping records up to date;
  • Offer appropriate solutions while respecting company policies and procedures;
  • Work closely on a daily basis with the Shipping, Sales, and Production departments to quickly resolve order-related situations and ensure effective customer service;
  • Support the management of social media platforms as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Professional studies diploma (DEP) in office automation or equivalent training will be considered an asset;
  • Bilingual (French and English) required: as our customers are located across Canada and the United States, most communications are in English;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service;
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls and emails;
  • Strong computer skills and ease with digital tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, ERP systems).

Le ou la commis au service à la clientèle joue un rôle clé dans la relation avec nos clients. Véritable ambassadeur(drice) de la marque, il ou elle assure un service professionnel, efficace et rigoureux, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes afin d'offrir une expérience client fluide et cohérente.

Conditions de travail

  • Mode de travail : hybride
  • Horaire : du samedi au mercredi, de 9 h à 17 h

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Répondre aux demandes d'information des clients par téléphone et par courriel de façon professionnelle, courtoise et efficace;
  • Conseiller les clients sur nos produits et promotions en offrant des réponses claires et adaptées à leurs besoins;
  • Procéder aux modifications nécessaires sur les commandes dans nos systèmes informatiques, selon les demandes et les procédures en vigueur;
  • Documenter les demandes clients et assurer leur suivi, tout en maintenant les dossiers à jour;
  • Proposer des solutions appropriées en respectant les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise;
  • Collaborer quotidiennement avec les départements de l'expédition, des ventes et de la production afin de résoudre rapidement les situations liées aux commandes clients et d'assurer un service client efficace;
  • Collaborer à la gestion et au soutien des réseaux sociaux, au besoin.

Exigences

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires;
  • Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) en bureautique ou formation équivalente sera considéré comme un atout;
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais) : nos clients étant situés à travers le Canada et les États-Unis, la majorité des communications se font en anglais;
  • Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle;
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'un fort volume d'appels et de courriels;
  • Excellente aisance avec l'informatique et les outils numériques (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, système ERP).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
