Our massive, state-of-the-art facility features two multi-level racetracks, bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, mini golf, a full-service restaurant and bar, and more exciting attractions. General Accountabilities

 Prepare and cook recipes following portion and quality standards

 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

 Assist with food prep, cutting, and restocking throughout the shift

 Support dishwashing duties when needed

 Follow food safety and hygiene standards

 Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team

 Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

 Complete other kitchen tasks as assigned by the supervisor

 Work night shifts as needed (up to 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays)

Job Qualifications

 Previous kitchen experience preferred

 Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

 Able to work night shifts and weekends as needed

 Fluent in English.

 Team player with a positive attitude

Skills

 At least 1 year cooking experience.

 Excellent multi-tasking skills.

 Experience working more than one station at a time (preferred).

 Strong English communication skills.

 Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and ensure coworkers are supported in difficult and stressful situations.

 Ability to stand for extended periods of time and can lift up to 50lbs.
