**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently install tubs, showers, vanities, cabinets, doors, and more.
- Perform demolition of tub, shower, and cabinetry areas as needed.
- Prepare and organize tools and materials at job sites.
- Follow a checklist to repair wood cabinets and other wood surfaces by repairing color and color matching.
- Install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and rollout trays.
- Drill and adjust hinges for precise cabinet door alignment.
- Reface cabinets, ensuring seamless finishes.
- Perform light construction and trim work for kitchen cabinetry upgrades.
- Sand, paint, and finish cabinets to achieve a professional appearance.
- Follow company processes and ensure every project meets our high standards.
- Keep the workspace clean and ensure the client’s home is left in pristine condition.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager regarding progress and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Skilled in safely operating power tools, including saws, routers, and nail guns.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
- Remodeling or construction experience preferred, but not required—training provided
- Take pride in their work and are passionate about delivering excellent results.
- Are flexible, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with customers in a professional manner.
