Overview: Provide exceptional service to our customers by efficiently processing transactions through the POS. Accurately process payment, bag product, and support with restocking and general customer inquiries.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10:15AM - 6:15PM.
Pay: Can be discussed if you have prior related experience.
General Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately and efficiently process POS transactions
- Follow cashier procedures such as (but not limited to): daily opening and closing, float, employee purchases, customer orders, and coin exchange
- Perform inventory counts and inventory transfers
- Restock retail products
- Manage takeout food inventory and replenishment
- Follow proper merchandising standards
- Greet customers and help with questions or requests
- Follow and uphold store policies regarding returns, pricing, and promotions
- Follow cleaning, receiving, and inventory policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
- Previous cashier experience (using a POS system) preferred
- Physical ability to do tasks (including standing/walking, lifting and carrying up to 20LB, hand/wrist based movements)
