  • T4 - $57.18

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    end-to-end program delivery
    for enterprise-level data governance and data enablement initiatives within the CM CDAO Office
  • Drive initiatives across
    metadata management, data quality, data cataloging, data lineage, and policy enforcement
  • Partner with Data Management Leadership and Risk Management to align governance standards with real business and technology use cases
  • Coordinate delivery of
    data products, controls, and operating model enhancements
    across Authoritative Data Source domains
  • Build and maintain detailed program plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
  • Facilitate working groups, steering committees, and executive-level updates to ensure momentum and transparency
  • Own meeting planning and execution—guiding discussions, documenting outcomes, and tracking actions to completion
  • Manage PMO disciplines including risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting
  • Enable clear, consistent communication across data, technology, business, and operations teams
  • Support change management and adoption of data governance capabilities across the
    CM Data Enablement 360
    program
  • Maintain and evolve dashboards that track delivery, data risk exposure, interdependencies, and accountability

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in project or program management, ideally within
    data governance, data management, or enterprise data programs
  • Strong understanding of data governance concepts, including metadata, data quality, lineage, policies, and controls
  • Proven success delivering
    cross-functional, data-centric initiatives
    in complex environments
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with data governance tools such as
    Informatica, Alation, or Manta
    (asset)
  • Familiarity with frameworks like
    DAMA-DMBOK
    (asset)
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications (nice to have)
  • Strong proficiency with
    Microsoft Office
    and program tracking/reporting tools
  • Experience building dashboards, managing interdependencies, and driving delivery against risk-aligned outcomes
