Ameri-Connect is a premier third party logistics provider to a global customer base. We offer custom solutions across freight forwarding, customs, warehousing, and transportation, operating out of three facilities in Brampton, ON, Burnaby, BC, and Buffalo, NY. We leverage innovative technology and data to provide a high quality supply chain service to our customers.
Ameri-Connect's total supply chain offering includes:
- International import/export of cargo via air or ocean
- Customs brokerage
- Bonded and non-bonded warehousing across North America
- Transportation (trucking, rail, intermodal, etc.)
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated, and strategic Outside Salesperson to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will take ownership of a large and diverse territory and be responsible for generating, executing, and growing new accounts across industries.
This role is ideal for a hunter-minded, consultative seller that values long term relationships, win-win deals, and who leverages technology to improve the experience for all stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Business Development (60%)
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, managed logistics, and eCommerce services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Maintain a strong, healthy pipeline through networking and outreach.
Relationship Management (30%)
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions and site walkthroughs to understand client operations.
- Clearly communicate Ameri-Connect's unique value proposition and oversee smooth client onboarding
Market Expansion (10%)
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to develop customized solutions.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to shape strategy.
- Represent Ameri-Connect at industry events and maintain a visible presence in logistics networks.
What You Bring
- 3 - 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing mid-to-large deals.
- Will consider candidates without traditional experience if they can demonstrate a unique interest or passion for this sales opportunity during the application process
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation is an asset (2+ years preferred).
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven by results.
