Full Commission Sales Consultant – Hy-Grade Steel Roofing

Are you a self-starter with hustle, grit, and the drive to write your own paycheck? Hy-Grade Steel Roofing System—Ontario's largest residential steel roofing manufacturer and installer for over 36 years—is looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Own your area. Build your pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Get hands-on. Visit customer homes, assess roof needs, and take precise measurements.
  • Deliver the pitch. Present compelling, solution-based consultations highlighting the unbeatable value of Hy-Grade's lifetime steel roofing system.
  • Quote with confidence. Provide clear, customized estimates that fit customer needs.
  • Be their go-to expert. Build lasting relationships that drive referrals and repeat business.

What It Takes to Win:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction, home improvement, or similar preferred).
  • A hunter mindset — motivated, resilient, and self-driven.
  • Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters when measuring and quoting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — make complex things easy to understand.
  • Comfortable with technical tools and hands-on measuring.
  • A natural at following up, following through, and closing deals.

What You'll Need:

  • A valid business number and HST number (or willingness to register).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — this is your business within our business.
