We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments and products suited to individual client needs
• Upsell retail products to enhance clients' nail care routines and overall experience
• Assist clients with body waxing services when applicable, ensuring comfort and safety
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Experience

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to the industry
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and current trends in nail artistry
• Experience with body waxing, retail sales, and upselling is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner
