Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in your designated space to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Manage retail product sales through effective upselling and product demos to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding service options, procedures, and aftercare instructions.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
