Your role, your impact
As a Business Systems Analyst, Pricing Derivatives, you'll play a key role in driving impactful projects within our client's Brokerage division. With your solid background in Capital Markets and expertise in pricing derivatives and x-Value Adjustments (xVA), you'll bring both insight and leadership to the table. You'll work closely with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams, and stakeholders—planning, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, communicating, and managing detailed functional specifications and testing with precision and purpose.
Your day-to-day
- Work with senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare business cases;
- Convert business requirements into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional and technical specifications;
- Develop and document business rules, interface specifications and conceptual designs;
- Define and recommend systems solutions to meet business objectives;
- Lead design reviews and other meetings to ensure project alignment and progress;
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and other testing activities to ensure system functionality;
- Write user manuals, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation;
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions;
- Act as a liaison between business users and software developers, ensuring clear communication and alignment;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members.
Keys to your success
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst, with experience in Capital Markets;
- Experience with OTC derivatives pricing, P&L reporting and attribution, x-Value Adjustments (xVA) and risk;
- Hands-on experience in delivering trade messaging components and solutions for trading workflows across various asset classes such as FX, Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.;
- Proficiency in system analysis, design and documentation;
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
