Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Burnaby, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership, manages competing priorities, and maintains a high standard of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, inboxes, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes
- Research a variety of different items and present clear recommendations
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and events.
- Support recruitment administration, including job postings, screening calls, and initial interviews
- Create and manage company social media postings as required
- Assist with internal documentation, including SOPs and employee development program.
- Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What you will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to execute tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and confidence using different software
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage multiple deadlines
- Customer-service-focused and adaptable to changing priorities
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or general administration role.
