About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Technical Business Analyst
to join our
Azure Integration Platform
team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise integration, cloud technologies (preferably Azure), and strong collaboration skills across both technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to
    gather, analyze, and document
    business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs
    into detailed functional specifications for Azure-based integration solutions.
  • Work closely with
    architects, developers, and QA teams
    to ensure alignment and delivery of robust, high-quality solutions.
  • Facilitate
    workshops
    , conduct
    gap analyses
    , and support
    UAT
    and
    change management
    processes.
  • Serve as a
    bilingual liaison
    between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and concise communication in both French and English.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 9–10+ years of experience as a
    Business Analyst
    , including at least 3 years in a
    technical or integration-focused
    capacity.
  • Strong understanding of
    Azure services
    ,
    APIs
    , and
    integration patterns
    .
  • Demonstrated experience in
    Agile/Scrum
    methodologies.
  • Exceptional
    communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
    skills in both French and English.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in
    large, complex enterprise environments
    .

  • Microsoft Azure certifications
    (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with
    Azure DevOps
