Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our Restoration Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing restoration projects from start to finish, and ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is confident in cold calling, works well independently, and possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively market and develop new customer relationships
  • Perform on-site measurements and prepare detailed quotes
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to Project Managers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal staff, installers, and Project Managers to resolve issues efficiently
  • Apply creative problem-solving and think outside the box to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Experience in Restoration Sales, Insurance industry, Flooring Sales, or related sub-trade sales (strong asset)
  • Established industry contacts are an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Capable of working independently and within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • This is a commission-based position. Earnings are performance-driven, offering excellent income potential for motivated individuals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $48,101.23-$83,470.20 per year
