What You'll Do:

 

  • Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees.

  • Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.

  • Increase sales and gross profit while minimizing shrink by preparing production planners to meet your sales goals.

  • Produce consistent, fresh, and quality products according to recipe cards.

  • Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.

  • Order product, receive and manage inventory, plan your production to ensure a good in stock position.

  • Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.

  • Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.

  • Previous experience in the food service industry (restaurant or retail).

  • Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

  • Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.

  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

  • Food Handlers certificate is a plus.
