We're looking for a
Senior Event Manager
who can take the lead on planning and running a mix of in-person events — from large industry conferences and client-facing experiences to internal celebrations and business gatherings.

This role is all about
ownership
. You'll handle planning and coordination from start to finish, working with different teams across the business and trusted vendors to bring events to life. We're after someone who can run with things independently, stay organized and calm under pressure, and keep every moving part on track.

What you'll do

  • Lead, plan and manage a range of in-person events — from small meetings to large conferences (up to 500+ attendees).
  • Work closely with business units, marketing, and brand teams to make sure every event aligns with company goals.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics — making sure everything runs smoothly from kickoff to wrap-up.
  • Be the main point of contact for internal partners and vendors, keeping communication clear and things moving forward.
  • Oversee event collateral and presentation materials with support from the design team.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of event management experience — ideally in the
    insurance or financial industry
    .
  • Comfortable managing lots of moving pieces and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experienced at managing event vendors and large budgets.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Collaborative and upbeat — the kind of person people trust to get things done.
