AWM Alliance Real Estate Group is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable to join our high-volume accounting team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and organize cheques, post-dated cheques, and cash payments.
  • Maintain and update tenant/owner ledgers in accounting software.
  • Perform timely bank deposits and manage EFT transactions.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions.
  • Communicate with owners and tenants regarding account matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Recent graduates in accounting, finance, or mathematics are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of numbers and basic financial concepts.
  • One year of relevant office experience, preferably in accounting or finance, is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle high volumes, and meet tight deadlines with a proactive mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.

Additional Information:

  • On-site position (not eligible for hybrid or remote work).
