Job Summary

NextStep Nexus is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Admissions Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining college programs, assisting students in selecting the right course, and managing the enrollment process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide students through documentation and submission procedures.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to potential students and provide detailed information about college programs.

Assess student needs and help them choose the best educational path based on their career goals.

Collect and verify required documents from students to ensure complete and accurate submissions.

Submit student applications to partner colleges and follow up on the enrollment process.

Maintain detailed records of student interactions, applications, and status updates using CRM software.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing student inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the admission and enrollment process.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage and guide students effectively.

Customer service or sales experience (preferably in student recruitment or education).

Organizational skills to manage multiple student applications and follow-ups efficiently.

Basic knowledge of college admissions processes (training will be provided).

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Fluency in multiple languages (Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Mandarin , French) is a plus.
