Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service by delivering food promptly and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables accurately and efficiently
  • Assist servers by refilling drinks and clearing plates as needed
  • Ensure all food items are presented attractively and meet quality standards before delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas throughout shifts
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate orders
  • Support in setting up and breaking down dining areas during service hours
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with food handling, serving, or kitchen operations is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential
  • Experience with cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in a restaurant setting is advantageous
  • Customer service experience will help in providing an exceptional guest experience
