Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Windsor. The CSR will play a key role in supporting our producers and servicing our valued clients with excellence and efficiency.

***** MUST HAVE RIBO LICENSE*****

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide policy information, process changes, and issue documentation
  • Follow up on renewals, outstanding documents, and customer requests
  • Work closely with brokers to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Maintain up-to-date client files in our management system
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate brokers

Qualifications:

  • RIBO license
  • Previous experience in insurance or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems (e.g., SIG, Power Broker, Acturis) is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
