Your Role:
As the Dual Property General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the financial success of both hotels. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that every decision supports our financial goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Financial Leadership:
Inspire and mentor your team to deliver outstanding service while adhering to budgetary constraints and achieving operational excellence.
Strategic Financial Planning:
Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive revenue, increase profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Cost Management:
Identify opportunities for cost-saving and implement effective measures to optimize expenses without compromising quality.
Revenue Optimization:
Utilize data-driven insights to maximize revenue streams and ensure optimal pricing strategies.
Financial Reporting:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve business goals. Provide regular financial reports and analyses to stakeholders.
Innovation:
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to stay ahead in the competitive hospitality landscape.
Community Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with the local community and promote the hotels as top destinations.
Union Experience:
Navigate union environments effectively, ensuring compliance and fostering positive labor relations.
Brand Ramping:
Oversee the successful introduction and promotion of the new brand, ensuring a seamless transition and strong market presence.
