Are you a sales leader with a strong background in industrial or packaged gas sales? Our client — a globally recognized Fortune 500 company — is expanding its operations in Western Canada and seeking a Regional Sales Leader to oversee its Packaged Gas Division in Alberta.

This is a high-impact role with full P&L responsibility, leading a team of sales professionals and driving growth across the region.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outside sales reps across Alberta
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share in the packaged gas space
  • Own the full P&L for the region and manage budget and performance targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial, fabrication, and commercial customers
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate major deals, and support team in closing sales
  • Collaborate with operations, distribution, and marketing to ensure service excellence

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial gases, welding supplies, chemical distribution, or related industries
  • Proven leadership experience managing a sales team and delivering results
  • Strong understanding of packaged gas cylinders, safety regulations, and industrial applications
  • Experience with P&L accountability and regional sales planning
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • selling industrial or packaged gases: 4 years (required)
