Youth Leader – After School Programs & Camps

We're looking for an energetic, reliable Youth Leader to join our team and help run after-school programs and school break camps.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves working with kids, brings positive energy, and is comfortable leading creative, movement-based programs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting after-school programs and camps
  • Running fun, engaging activities such as arts & crafts, dance, and improv
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for youth
  • Managing small groups and keeping kids engaged with confidence and care
  • Working as part of a supportive, creative team

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working with children (required)
  • Comfortable leading or assisting programs like arts & crafts, dance, improv, or similar
  • Confident, patient, and great at connecting with kids
  • Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative
  • Able to work independently while following program structure
  • Valid driver's license and access to transportation is a strong asset

Location:

  • Primarily Coquitlam
  • Occasional programs in Delta and Maple Ridge available

Schedule:

  • After-school hours (weekdays)
  • Additional hours during camps, Pro-D days, and school breaks
