We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality parts with fast turnaround times. We are looking for a skilled Powder Coater to join our team and support our expanding operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Powder Coater with hands-on industrial coating experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting, etc.)
• Apply powder coatings using spray guns and industrial equipment
• Set and monitor oven curing cycles
• Inspect finished parts for quality, adhesion, and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with loading/unloading parts onto racks
• Maintain records of materials and batches
• Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of powder coating or industrial painting experience
• Strong understanding of surface prep and curing processes
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Good attention to detail and quality checks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is an asset (not required)
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule

Full-time or Part-time

• Full-time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-time: 15–30 hours/week (flexible scheduling available)
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional overtime during busy periods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.18-$25.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
