Summary Of Day To Day Responsibilities:


• Develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement with individual lines of

business and rationalize how the assigned projects fit with business priorities in the long

term


• Drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats including but not

limited to in-person or virtual Instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self-directed

learner pathways, and workshops


• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects,

leveraging key project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within

scope, and on budget


• Support the vendor selection, engagement and onboarding process when third-party

learning solutions are within scope


• Develop and implement eƯective stakeholder engagement strategies


• Build relationships and maintain regular communications with internal and external

stakeholders


• Report on project progress with project teams and business stakeholders at diƯerent

levels


• In partnership with L&D CoEs and business partners, support the development of a

delivery strategy, change & launch communications plan, and maintenance plan


• Ensure tight governance control and actively manage/resolve risks and issues


• Conduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvement


• Stay current with emerging trends in project management inclusive of Agile and hybrid

project practices and principles


• Be an active member of the broader project management community by sharing subject

matter expertise and learning to advance professional growth

Must Have:


• Project Management experience


• MS Project/ MS oƯice


• Managing medium to high complexity projects


Financial Industry experience preferred

• Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Agile experience/SCRUM


• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a learning or

adult training environment


• Prior L&D experience in performance consulting, design, development, facilitation,

and/or learning technologies is beneficial


• Thorough understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies


• PMP, Agile and/or Scrum certification


• Practical knowledge in adult learning principles for various delivery methods


• Proven track record of delivering results and commitment to operational and service

excellence


• Strong client focus with ability to listen and quickly learn about various clients and

become a trusted advisor on delivery learning solutions successfully


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with changing business

priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships eƯectively, leveraging

sound communication, negotiation, consensus-building and influencing skills


• Ability to tailor communications to diƯerent stakeholders at diƯerent levels


• Solutions-focused, "can-do" attitude to foster positive team morale and high engagement


• Excel in translating business needs into learning requirements in collaboration with L&D

partners


• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills


• Highly adaptable and flexible with ability to take initiative in a dynamic work environment


• Proficiency in MS OƯice suite, especially MS Project


• Competency in team meeting facilitation in virtual environments leveraging collaboration

tools such as MS Teams and Webex


• Experience with LMS and LXP is a bonus


• Experience with eLearning tools and standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, HTML 5) and

development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rice) is a nice to have


• Lead and oversee the overarching program and manage the full lifecycle of individual projects assigned.


• Ensure consistency and quality across project documentation, including charters, project schedules, and dashboards, produced by various project managers running projects within the same program.


• Represent the program in Steering Committee meetings—present updates, gather insights from multiple workstreams, and synthesize key information for distribution to project managers.


• Own and maintain centralized dashboards and reporting to track progress, risks, and outcomes across all projects.
