Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-touch, concierge-level styling services to an exclusive clientele. You'll combine your expert fashion knowledge with a deep understanding of personal branding to curate customized wardrobe solutions that reflect each client's lifestyle and aspirations.

You will have an opportunity to work alongside different departments and gain a full understanding of the South Asian Fashion and Wedding Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, one-on-one luxury styling services tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Curate personalized looks and wardrobe capsules based on lifestyle, occasion, and seasonal trends
  • Provide expert advice on fit, fabric, and style, ensuring each client's vision is met
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends, designer collections, and emerging luxury brands
  • Coordinate private shopping appointments, in-person fittings, and virtual styling sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (merchandising, buying, client relations) to access exclusive pieces
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining a client-first mindset
  • Keep common areas of the showroom presentable and clean (this includes kitchen, bathrooms, change rooms, prep rooms)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, personal styling, or image consulting
  • Strong understanding of designer brands, luxury fashion, and emerging trends
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-touch environments
  • A well-developed personal style and deep passion for fashion and aesthetics

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude aligned with luxury retail standards.
  • Be highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to learn, with openness to coaching, product education, and continuous performance development.
  • Possess knowledge of, or a strong passion for, South Asian luxury fashion and craftsmanship, with the ability to translate that knowledge into elevated client experiences.
  • Be capable of assisting with physical tasks, including occasional heavy lifting, as required in a retail environment.
  • Excel both independently and as a collaborative team member, contributing positively to shared sales goals.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of team dynamics and uphold a culture of professionalism and mutual support.
  • Maintain impeccable personal presentation, recognizing that appearance, demeanor, and conduct are a direct reflection of the brand's luxury image.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
