Position Overview

The Sales & Styling Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with custom clothing selections, taking measurements, managing orders, and providing high-quality styling guidance. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet customers and provide personalized styling guidance

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable designs, fabrics & fits

  • Manage walk-in clients and appointment traffic

  • Follow up with clients for fittings, pick-ups, and new leads

  • Achieve monthly sales goals

Custom Clothing Support

  • Take accurate body measurements (training provided if needed)

  • Assist in fittings and alteration notes

  • Coordinate custom orders with production/tailors

  • Maintain detailed records of each client's order

Store Operations

  • Maintain store cleanliness and product displays

  • Manage WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries

  • Handle basic billing and POS system

  • Assist in photo/video content during new arrivals or promotions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or fashion (preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication & customer service skills

  • Good sense of styling and colour matching

  • Confident personality with a positive attitude

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks at once

  • Basic computer & phone communication skills

Schedule

  • Full-time, 5 days a week

  • 40 hours weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
