  • Coordinate and oversee the review of driver logs, vehicle inspection reports, and safety documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Monitor driver behavior using telematics, GPS, and other tools to identify and address unsafe driving practices.
  • Schedule and coordinate safety training programs for drivers, ensuring they are informed about safety policies, best practices, and regulatory updates.
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials to keep content relevant and engaging.
  • Support the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, compiling detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and compliance activities, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Ensure drivers are aware of and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in updating and communicating safety policies to reflect changes in regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to drivers on safety-related issues, addressing concerns, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews with a focus on safety compliance and improvement.
  • Stay informed about changes in transportation regulations and ensure the company's practices remain compliant.
  • Assist with preparing for and participating in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required for dispatch.
  • Schedule and dispatch the drivers.
  • Finding loads on loadlink.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shift

  • should have own vehicle.
