We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer with specific experience working with ABB800xa instrumentation systems for our projects in Alberta, Canada for. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems and instrumentation equipment used in industrial processes. 

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop detailed instrument specifications and control system designs
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for new instrumentation projects
- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of ABB800xa instrumentation systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to control systems and instruments
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures
- Providing technical support to operations teams as needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional engineering license (P.Eng) or eligibility for registration in Alberta
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Instrumentation Engineer in industrial settings
- Proven expertise with ABB800x instrumentation systems
- Familiarity with PLC programming and HMI design
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
