Position: Security Guard 
Site: Seneca Polytechnic - King Campus
City: King City
Averaging Agreement: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours
Status: Full-Time
Hours: Continental Rotation /
Pay Rate: $ $20.50/ an hour
Internal Posting Date: December 22nd, 2025

Key Responsibilities

Proactive patrols across academic buildings and groundsResponding to medical and safety incidents with empathy and professionalismSupporting residence and community event safetyLiaising with municipal parks authorities and provincial bodies for maintaining trail safetyEnforcing fishing and forestry safety.Working closely with supervised farm animals, pets and wildlife (beavers, foxes,coyotes, etc.)Managing lost and found, parking, and accessCollaborating with staff and local emergency responders

Qualifications

Ontario Security Guard LicenseFirst Aid/CPRStrong communication skills and an upbeat, professional attitudeAbility to handle fast-paced, diverse campus demandsOutdoor adventure seekerPrior post-secondary or healthcare security experience an assetMust not be a current Seneca student at King Campus
