Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Office Administrator at Verismo Health Inc. in Brampton Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position may require working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Proficient in JUNO EMR and appointment scheduling workflows

Strong phone etiquette, interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification processes

Prior experience in a medical clinic or healthcare environment is an asset

Skilled in administrative support, including document handling and patient communications

Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities

Must be located in or around the Brampton, ON area and available for potential evening and weekend shifts as required.
