COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Clover Tool Manufacturing Limited is Canadian based and owned, privately held company. We specialize in automotive tooling, stampings and assemblies. We are capable of running a number of diverse projects. Clover Tool operates in over a 175,000 square foot facility providing a full service solution to its customers. From prototyping, tooling, R&D work, stamping, assembling and welding to finished product.

We are located at 8271 Keele Street, Concord, Ontario

Shift Available: 7:00am to 3:00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and follow the systems in place that are defined by the management staff.
  • Provide maintenance and repair services for the company plant/equipment.
  • Maintain, improve, repair or modify equipment as instructed in a professional, cost-efficient manner
  • Record all work assignments on activity reports in a legible and timely manner for costing.
  • Assist in the development of preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Advise of further work if required on project and monitor status of spare parts for maintenance management disposition.
  • Continuous personal improvement when time permits.
  • Learn all aspects of maintenance (both mechanical / electrical fields) as to improve the effectiveness of the overall department.
  • Servicing machines/equipment effectively for on-time delivery of products.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Die spray lubricant
  • Constant machine noise
  • May be required to lift approximately 50 to 70 pounds
  • Exposure to industrial welding conditions
  • The work environment is not climate controlled

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to read, write legibly, speak and understand English and to document stipulated records as instructed.
  • Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright license, or recognized completion of millwright apprenticeship and / or
  • 5 years related successful hands on trade experience servicing like equipment.
