Are you a skilled _Maintenance Technician_ looking for an opportunity to showcase your talents in a laid-back yet dynamic manufacturing environment? If you have experience with _excursion_ and _laminating_ processes, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and leadership in responding to machine breakdowns, preventative _maintenance_, and repairs.
- Perform assigned preventative _maintenance_ tasks and report machine deficiencies, irregularities, and unsafe conditions.
- Learn and understand the operation of all equipment, identify root causes of issues, and read relevant schematics and assembly drawings.
- Monitor equipment and material problems, report low parts inventory levels, and coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve _maintenance_ issues and keep accurate records of _maintenance_ activities.
- Change oils on machines and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a _Maintenance Technician_.
- Experience with _excursion_ and _laminating_ processes (blow film).
- A valid Millwright or _Electrician license_ (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation (car or bus).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Flexibility to work longer hours when needed due to machine downtime.

Work Environment:

- Enjoy a laid-back atmosphere where management is actively engaged on the floor.
- Collaborative team dynamics; everyone gets along
- Working in a factory setting with bay doors open; note that the environment may be hot (extra breaks provided during extreme heat).

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Secondary School (preferred)
