Job Description

Our collaborative, energetic, and friendly managers contribute to the success of our sales team. At NAPA, we believe that an excellent manager is distinguished by their leadership skills, open-mindedness, and active engagement. This is a regular full-time position and is located in Southwestern Ontario.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Collaborate with the general manager, sales team, and store managers to plan and execute sales initiatives.
  • Lead and support your sales team to meet sales targets and promote NAPA marketing programs.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff while building strong relationships across the district.
  • Participate in district and regional meetings and stay informed on local market trends.
  • Implement corporate sales strategies and regularly monitor sales performance through weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • 5 years experience in sales management
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM's and other technologies
  • Post secondary education in business, commerce, marketing or a related field (asset)
  • Experience the automotive field is considered an asset
