About Us

We're a boutique psychotherapy and wellness practice with offices across GTA, rooted in trauma-informed, neurobiologically-based approaches. At Inner Summits, we don't believe in surface-level fixes. Our work goes beyond talk: it's experiential, embodied, guided by science 
and
 led with heart.

Our team integrates approaches like EMDR, Somatic Psychotherapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness & Breathwork, IFS, Neurofeedback, Creative Arts Therapies and Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness (NOSC) Integration to help clients truly heal from the inside out. We're a collaborative bunch who value learning, laughter, and the occasional office lunches and self-care days.

You are reliable, and you value ethical and trauma-informed practices.

What We Offer

• $125 per direct client hour
• Weekly or biweekly case consultations
• Monthly seminars & experiential learning (IFS, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, etc.)
• Mentorship & training in EMDR, IFS, EST, Somatic therapy, biofeedback and how to integrate these modalities
• Office space, admin support, and a steady stream of referrals
• Community events, team outings, and a culture that values

What You Bring

• Registration with CRPO or OCSWSSW
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Availability for minimum 2 full days in-person per week (15–20 client hours) at our Vaughan office
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Commitment to regular supervision and ongoing learning
• Training in EMDR, IFS, or Somatic Therapy and experience in trauma-informed care or front-line mental health is an asset
• RP(Q) members with advanced training and experience in mental health will be considered on a case by case basis
