About the role:

The Senior Contracts Administrator is a key member of the Corporate Sales Administration team supporting sales teams with responsibilities to administer and process the necessary transactions to support customer contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitors for new tender/RFP opportunities, administers bid preparations and processes specifications. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; maintains historical information.
  • Demonstrates strong accountability and follow-through by holding team members responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Creates and maintains, not limited to, pricing agreements, rebate programs, complex national account and government contracts.  Administers on-going maintenance of customer contracts including amendments to add/delete products, change customer pricing, adjust master contract data, or other contract modifications.
  • Works closely with the sales teams, customers and other members of sales operations, as needed, to resolve price discrepancies and issue appropriate credits related to customer contracts.
  • Coordinates with the other departments to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle and consistent process execution.
  • Maintains a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Leverages experience and skills to identify process and policy improvements in the department
  • Ensure successful management and completion of all projects assigned to within the department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Education – University degree
  • Strong project management skills
  • Must have advanced MS Word skills, SharePoint and Microsoft Excel
  • As this position supports the Quebec region, the incumbent must be bilingual (English /French) oral and written (non-negotiable)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher Education (Law/Paralegal/MBA/Notary)
  • Knowledge of the Medical device/Pharmaceutical/Health Care system in Canada

L'administrateur principal des contrats est un membre clé de l'équipe de l'administration des ventes corporatives. Il soutient les équipes de vente en assurant la gestion et le traitement des transactions nécessaires à l'administration des contrats clients.

Vos responsabilités comprendront:

  • Surveille les nouvelles occasions d'appels d'offres (AO) ou de demandes de propositions (DP), prépare les soumissions et traite les spécifications. Informe la direction des droits et obligations contractuels, compile et analyse les données, et maintient les informations historiques.
  • Fait preuve d'un grand sens des responsabilités et de rigueur en veillant à ce que les membres de l'équipe respectent les échéances et que les étapes des projets soient réalisées dans les délais.
  • Crée et maintient, entre autres, les ententes de prix, les programmes de rabais, ainsi que les contrats complexes avec les comptes nationaux et les gouvernements. Assure la gestion continue des contrats clients, y compris les modifications pour ajouter ou retirer des produits, ajuster les prix, ou mettre à jour les données maîtres des contrats.
  • Collabore étroitement avec les équipes de vente, les clients et les autres membres des opérations de vente pour résoudre les écarts de prix et émettre les crédits appropriés liés aux contrats.
  • Coordonne avec les autres départements afin d'assurer un flux de travail efficace tout au long du cycle de vie des contrats et une exécution cohérente des processus.
  • Maintient une compréhension complète des exigences contractuelles afin de s'assurer que toutes les obligations administratives sont respectées de manière précise et en temps opportun.

Qualifications requises:

  • Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente
  • Diplme universitaire
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projets
  • Maîtrise avancée de MS Word, SharePoint et Microsoft Excel
  • Ce poste soutenant la région du Québec, le candidat doit être bilingue (anglais/français), à l'oral comme à l'écrit (exigence non négociable)

Maximum Salary: $131800 

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for salaried, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for sales roles is governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).
