Admissions Counselor – Mississauga & Hamilton

$20.00/hr | Full-Time | Onsite

Cornerbridge Talent Partners is supporting a well-established Canadian career college in hiring an Admissions Counselors to support enrollment at its Mississauga and Hamilton campuses. This role is ideal for someone with a sales mindset who enjoys speaking with people, guiding students, and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Admissions Counselor is responsible for outreach, student advising, and managing the enrollment process for adult learners. You will speak with prospective students, explain program options, and help them take the next step toward their new career.

Hamilton applicants: The campus includes a culinary school — hospitality and customer service experience is a strong asset.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and meet with prospective students
  • Explain program details, career pathways, and admissions requirements
  • Guide students through the full enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM (HubSpot experience is helpful)
  • Work toward weekly outreach and enrollment targets
  • Support campus tours, info sessions, and events

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, admissions, call center, or customer service
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and target-driven work
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Organized and reliable with follow-ups
  • Experience with adult learners or PCCs is an asset
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, calendars, Microsoft Office)

  • $20.00/hr

  • Onsite at either Mississauga or Hamilton campus
