Description

  • Drive new business development within your specialized market
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, client management, and closing deals
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our database to source top talent
  • Develop strong client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Mentor junior consultants and help shape the future of the office
  • Lead proposal development and negotiate commercial terms
  • Be on the fast track to leadership and management

Profile

  • 1+ years of experience
    in full-desk staffing (client + candidate side)
  • Proven success in
    new business development and closing deals
  • Strong familiarity with recruitment tech: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards
  • A
    track record of hitting targets
    in a sales or recruiting environment
  • A
    Bachelor's degree
    (or equivalent experience)
  • A positive, driven mindset - you thrive under pressure and aim to win
  • Coachability, curiosity, and a hunger to improve continuously
  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
