Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Inventory Maintenance
  • Receive incoming shipments
  • Load and unload deliveries in a timely manner using a forklift or by hand
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including preparing documentation for shipment
  • Maintain an organized and clean environment
  • Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard
  • Work closely with team members to meet goals
  • Meet all health and safety guidelines as required
  • Purchasing
  • Drive to deliver and pick up as required

Experience and Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to lift and move heavy items up to 50lbs
  • Understanding of inventory
  • Ability to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and enter parts and information.
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Warehouse experience an asset
  • Shipping and receiving experience an asset
  • Forklift experience required
  • Valid Driver's License required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
