We are looking for a Team Leader PPF Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, takes pride in their work, and wants to set the standard for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of PPF installers to ensure consistent, high-quality installations.
  • Perform advanced installation of paint protection film (PPF), including full body wraps, partial wraps, and specialty applications.
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior installers, ensuring adherence to company standards and techniques.
  • Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and a professional work environment.
  • Collaborate with management on scheduling, workflow, and project deadlines.
  • Inspect completed work for quality control and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients when needed, providing knowledgeable and professional insights.
  • Support other protective services (ceramic coatings, windshield film) when required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in professional PPF installation (XPEL or similar products).
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for precision craftsmanship.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and coach others through challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
