Exterior Cleaning Technician

CLEANWERX — Richmond, BC

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Rate: $22.00–$35.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

(Please note: The company observes an annual holiday shutdown from December 21st to January 3rd.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and maintain exterior cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, telescopic poles, ladders, and hoses
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently while meeting company quality standards
  • Identify and document site-specific issues, obstructions, or safety hazards
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Communicate effectively with both team members and clients
  • Arrive punctually and fully prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements

  • Must be a Canadian resident with a valid SIN
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willing and able to work at heights when required
  • Must own a smartphone with mobile data for communication
  • Ability to commute to Richmond or job sites throughout Metro Vancouver

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, or gutter cleaning
  • Experience working with extension ladders and Tucker poles
  • Background in outdoor labor such as roofing, landscaping, or construction
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Compensation

  • Starting wage of $22/hour for candidates without prior experience
  • Competitive pay range of $22–$35/hour based on experience and a 1–2 week trial assessment
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Regular wage reviews tied to performance and skill progression

Work Location

  • On-site at various locations across Metro Vancouver
  • Base of operations located in Richmond, BC
