Nutters Everyday Naturals is seeking passionate, driven and dedicated Wellness Advisors to join our team. As a Wellness Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality wellness products to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the wellness industry and enjoy working with people.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about the wellness industry
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Driven to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Experience in retail sales and/or grocery is considered an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Ability to lift and move inventory
  • Customer Service, Retail, or Grocery experience an asset

Core Accountabilities to meet Company Objectives:

  • Appealing merchandising, inventory rotation and management, cycle counts, signage and pricing accuracy, facing in all areas of the store (supplements, grocery, produce, bulk)
  • Support receiving processes, and point of sale customer interactions
  • Assist and educate customer on product benefits, supporting customers with their health concerns and goals
  • Engaging communication skills
  • A strong commitment to the company core values to help drive the profitability and sales targets
  • A good understanding of the nutritional and health benefits of a proper diet will be an asset
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Knowledgeably promoting our high-quality wellness products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
