Acting as a strategic partner to Account Managers to build, grow and maintain profitable, long-lasting, and genuine relationships with CWB/NBC clients. The Banking Officer will provide knowledge, courteous & efficient delivery of our products & services (opening of accounts, sale of retirement and investment products, completion of personal lending account reviews, etc.) enhancing current client relationships by utilizing discovery questions to deliver a full-service solution. Your roleListen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for clients to meet their transactions, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance and estate planning needs.Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.Refer your clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs.Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.Your teamOur team values passionate people and bold ideas. Our branch is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position reports to the Senior Manager Personal Banking. Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content on such topics as banking solutions and the advisory approach to support your ongoing learning.
