WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a
Sales Consultant
who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating unforgettable customer experiences. This isn't a "dial-for-dollars" grind — it's about partnering with schools, teams, and organizations to celebrate their biggest achievements with products they'll treasure for life.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Competitive by nature, but a team player at heart.
  • Confident on the phone, over email, and in person.
  • Organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prospecting & Outreach:
    Identify new customers (teams, schools, organizations) and introduce them to Legend Rings.
  • Relationship Building:
    Build long-term partnerships with coaches, athletic directors, and team reps.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership:
    Manage the entire sales process — from first contact, through proposal and design collaboration, to closing the deal.
  • Customer Experience:
    Ensure every client feels supported and celebrated throughout their journey.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with our design and operations teams to bring Championship Ring visions to life.
  • Growth Contribution:
    Provide feedback and ideas to help improve our sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and overall customer experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Previous sales experience (B2B, sports, or custom product sales a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and digital.
  • A track record of hitting targets and overcoming challenges.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and sales pipelines (or the ability to learn quickly).
  • A passion for sports and celebrating achievement is a big advantage.
