WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a
Sales Consultant
who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating unforgettable customer experiences. This isn't a "dial-for-dollars" grind — it's about partnering with schools, teams, and organizations to celebrate their biggest achievements with products they'll treasure for life.
The ideal candidate is:
- Competitive by nature, but a team player at heart.
- Confident on the phone, over email, and in person.
- Organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Hungry to grow with a fast-moving company where performance is recognized and rewarded.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospecting & Outreach:
Identify new customers (teams, schools, organizations) and introduce them to Legend Rings. - Relationship Building:
Build long-term partnerships with coaches, athletic directors, and team reps. - Sales Cycle Ownership:
Manage the entire sales process — from first contact, through proposal and design collaboration, to closing the deal. - Customer Experience:
Ensure every client feels supported and celebrated throughout their journey. - Collaboration:
Work closely with our design and operations teams to bring Championship Ring visions to life. - Growth Contribution:
Provide feedback and ideas to help improve our sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and overall customer experience.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Previous sales experience (B2B, sports, or custom product sales a plus, but not required).
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and digital.
- A track record of hitting targets and overcoming challenges.
- Comfort with CRM systems and sales pipelines (or the ability to learn quickly).
- A passion for sports and celebrating achievement is a big advantage.
