Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
  • Handle food safely according to industry standards and health regulations
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and kitchen hygiene
  • Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple tasks

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to perform meal preparation and basic cooking tasks efficiently
  • Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
