We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to work at our downtown Vancouver office and assist in our performance marketing strategy. If you're a strategic, data-driven marketer who is passionate about travel and inspired by innovation, we want to hear from you.
Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns, primarily across Facebook and Instagram. The hired candidate will help implement audience targeting, creative testing, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads and conversions in alignment with the marketing objectives of the Discover Holidays brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, set up, and management of paid social campaigns (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) to ensure targeted reach, effective spending, and alignment with campaign goals
- Coordinate with the Social Media Marketing Specialist to create compelling assets tailored for paid social channels, matching brand guidelines and maintaining consistency
- Assist the Performance Marketing Manager in testing new paid media channels (e.g. YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest) to evaluate their performance in driving brand awareness and growth
- Contribute to regular performance analyses of Google Ads, identifying trends and insights
- Compile and maintain detailed performance reports on digital campaigns for internal stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct keyword research and assist in SEO and AI-search initiatives to optimize website content and improve visibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years professional experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in paid social
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
- Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Tag Manager a plus
- Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices a plus
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design and digital storytelling
- Strong communication and project management skills
- An ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
