Job Summary

As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, patient care, and assisting our medical professionals with hair and scalp treatments.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails

  • Manage patient records, schedules, and appointments

  • Assist medical professionals with treatments

  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment

  • Provide exceptional patient care and customer service

  • Perform other administrative and clinical tasks as needed

Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Medical or healthcare experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
