**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform scalp massage, as well as finishing touches for clients.
- Assist with washing clients’ hair and preparing them for treatment.
- Ensure all towels, robes, and products are fully stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, stations, and equipment.
- Support the front desk team with booking appointments, creating client files, answering calls, managing inventory, and greeting guests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Computer literate and comfortable with scheduling systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ontario Trade License is an asset but not required.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
- Dedication to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic.
