What you can expect to do here:

  • Support the design and delivery of land development projects as part of multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects – greenfield, infill and beyond
  • Prepare technical drawings and reports using AutoCAD and Civil3D
  • Assist with permit applications and approvals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior engineers
  • Contribute to project coordination and quality control
  • Advance your career in a self-motivated and driven work setting 
  • Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario with hybrid work flexibility. 

What you'll bring to WSP:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in land development engineering
  • P.Eng. designation in Ontario 
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Civil3D
  • Familiarity with Ontario's land development process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
