  • Work closely with BDC Network Consultants to deliver client projects, providing guidance, training and quality assurance.

  • Demonstrate leadership and ownership in client engagements, proactively managing expectations, overseeing key tasks, and intervening when needed to add value or course correct.

  • Track and report on project progress, maintaining accurate data and documentation.

  • Support sales efforts (pre-sales) by providing insights, data, and expertise for proposals and client conversations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external consultants.

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of financial management solutions, sharing learnings and best practices within the CoE.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, recognised for your ability to add value and handle challenging projects.

  • Support the development and management of external consultants, contributing to the expertise community and evolving solutions.

· Strong business acumen coupled with strong understanding of financial management and ability to develop pragmatic strategic plans that are relevant to an SME business environment.

  • Understanding of the business and operating challenges, processes, functional requirements, solutions and capabilities for key industries (e.g. manufacturing, construction, wholesale/distribution, retail).

  • Experience in managing client-facing consulting projects and engagements.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; bilingualism (French & English) is an asset.
